Horns and Signaling Devices

GX91/GX93 Mini Horn or Remote Signal

Supplemental signal commonly used in individual rooms (i.e. hotel rooms, patient rooms, etc.).

GX Series

Multitude of uses. Can be placed in hallways, rooms, sleeping rooms, restrooms, or any high ambient-noise-level area. A great general-evacuation signal.

GEH Evacuation Horn

A general evacuation signal for hallways or large, open areas. Produces 100+ dB mechanical tone or 104 dB at 2400 Hz.

GEC Evacuation Horn/Strobe

GCC Ceiling Evacuation Horn/Strobe

GEC3 Evacuation H/S

A general evacuation horn / strobe combination. Ideal for hallways and large, open areas.

HS Mini Horn Strobe Combination

Primarily a supplemental or secondary signal used to alert a specific area of a fire (i.e. hotel or patient room).

SSPKWLP Wall Speaker

SSPKCLP Ceiling Speaker

Primarily for structures/occupancies greater than 75' in height. Install in hallways of office buildings, hotels, hospitals and other high-rise buildings. Can also be used to notify occupants in hotel rooms.

Can be used outside. Primarily for structures/occupanices where a visual and evactuation signaling is needed.

9120 Single/Multiple Station

GN-200/GN-300 Single/Multiple Station

7100 Single/Multiple Station

Used in the sleeping rooms of hotels and motels, and institutional occupancies such as hospitals and nursing homes. Also used in apartments, condos and one/two family dwellings.

Smoke Alarms for ADA Applications

710/7109 CS/LS

Used in the sleeping rooms of hotels and motels, and institutional occupancies such as hospitals and nursing homes. Also used in apartments, condos and one/two family dwellings when there is a need for both audible and visual alarms.

Smoke Detectors

8240 24VDC Open Area Detector

Used primarily in open areas such as hallways and lobbies and are generally connected to the fire alarm control panel via an alarm relay. One detector per 30'x30' area. The "Y" version is also used as a room detector in occupancies such as hotels, motels and military barracks. The "Y" version indicates that the piezo is self restoring, meaning that when the smoke clears the detector will automatically restore itself to its original condition.

8100 120 VAC System Detector

Used exclusively for elevator capture or door closure. Detectors are connected to the elevator controls or magnetic door closers. When smoke is sensed, the detector closes its relay and the elevator is taken to the first floor, or the magnetic door closer releases or closes the door.
