In order to meet global demand for our products, Gentex relies on production team members who work on the assembly lines in our climate-controlled manufacturing facilities. We provide on-the-job training, so no experience is required. Gentex provides tuition reimbursement and career advancement opportunities to all employees. We are currently hiring for full-time production opportunities.
- 1st shift (6 a.m. - 2 p.m.) - $17/hour
- 2nd shift (2 p.m. - 10 p.m.) - $19/hour
- 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 6 a.m.) - $20/hour
